Terms & Conditions
- If you have purchased an item from Seachange Boating and it is not of acceptable quality, incorrect size or faulty you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, you must return your purchase within 30 days of purchase.
- Upon receipt and assessment of the returned item, Seachange Boating will notify you either by email or phone, and if the return is approved, offer a refund or exchange on most items purchased online.
- You must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase, your name, phone number, and signature. Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 14 days.
- If you have not received your refund, first check with your bank or online payment service. If you still have not received your refund contact Seachange Boating via support@scboutdoors.com.au.
- The returned item/s must be in perfect condition, hereby the items must not have been used, worn, damaged and must be in its original packaging with the original tags still attached.
- For a “change of mind” return or exchange, Seachange Boating does not cover the delivery fee to get the item back to us.
- For an exchange, please enclose a self-addressed Australia Post satchel with your returned item so we can post the exchanged item to you. Seachange Boating will not cover the cost of delivery.
- You will be responsible for the parcel until it has been delivered to Seachange Boating. If the parcel is lost, that is your liability and we are not required to provide a refund or new products.
When to return a product
- We offer you a replacement, credit or refund where products have a major failure, such as:
- When they are faulty
- Wrongly described; or
- Different from a sample shown to you
- When you have purchased the wrong size, we offer a replacement at the correct size you require.
Return instructions:
- Please complete the returns form which can be downloaded HERE.
- This returns form will need to be printed and sent in the parcel with your items. If the completed returns form is not sent with the parcel, your return will be invalid.
- The Items must be in the original condition when sent to you; must not have been used, worn, damaged and must be in its original packaging with the original tags still attached.
Return an item I purchased through one of your stockists?
- If you wish to return a Seachange item that you purchased through one of our stockist, please contact them directly.
- We do not accept returns on items that were not purchased through our online store.
