Ordering online

Our website makes it easy to order online. You can shop from anywhere, at anytime, on desktop, tablet or mobile device. Find the product you're after by searching our online store.

To place an order:

1. Once you've browsed our site and found the product you're after, simply select "add to cart" to purchase the item(s).

2. To view your cart, click on the "shopping cart" icon in the top right corner of your screen. This will also display a number icon to show how many items you've currently placed in your cart.

3. When you're ready, select "checkout" from your shopping cart and you will be taken to the checkout page where you can enter your contact, shipping, billing and payment details to complete your order.

4. Once finalised, you will receive your order acknowledgement with your order number. This will also be emailed to you, along with your tax invoice.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you. Once your tracking number is received, you will be able to follow your order's shipment process. Our orders are delivered by courier in most instances or sometimes, Australia Post.

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed and paid for, you are unable to add to, remove from, or modify your order.

Currently, we accept payments within Australia only using the following methods:

Discount codes can be redeemed upon checkout via our online store only. Please enter the code in the "Discount code" field, then select "Apply". 

In most circumstances, these are only valid for one transaction, unless stated otherwise.

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards or e-gift cards at this time.

In some instances, the item you want may be out of stock. However we can let you know when your item is available for purchase again if you register your interest in that product.

To do this, simply browse our website to find the item, then enter your email address into the "pre-order" field and select "notify me when available". You will then receive an email notification when the item is back in stock.

Yes we do but free shipping isn't available. Please select your region you are shopping from.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed.

Yes, in some instances, you may be able to pick up your order from our head office in Brisbane.

Product review

We would love to hear what you think about the products you've purchased from Seachange Boating. Leaving an online review on our website is also a great way to share your experiences with other customers and to provide others with information about the product that may not otherwise be detailed on our site.

To leave a review, simply browse our website to find the product. Scroll down the product page to find the "Customer Review" section, then select "Write a review". Enter your details in the fields and then rate and review the product. When you're done, hit "Submit Review".
