Our website makes it easy to order online. You can shop from anywhere, at anytime, on desktop, tablet or mobile device. Find the product you're after by searching our online store.
To place an order:
1. Once you've browsed our site and found the product you're after, simply select "add to cart" to purchase the item(s).
2. To view your cart, click on the "shopping cart" icon in the top right corner of your screen. This will also display a number icon to show how many items you've currently placed in your cart.
3. When you're ready, select "checkout" from your shopping cart and you will be taken to the checkout page where you can enter your contact, shipping, billing and payment details to complete your order.
4. Once finalised, you will receive your order acknowledgement with your order number. This will also be emailed to you, along with your tax invoice.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you. Once your tracking number is received, you will be able to follow your order's shipment process. Our orders are delivered by courier in most instances or sometimes, Australia Post.

Currently, we accept payments within Australia only using the following methods:

Discount codes can be redeemed upon checkout via our online store only. Please enter the code in the "Discount code" field, then select "Apply".
In most circumstances, these are only valid for one transaction, unless stated otherwise.
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards or e-gift cards at this time.
In some instances, the item you want may be out of stock. However we can let you know when your item is available for purchase again if you register your interest in that product.
To do this, simply browse our website to find the item, then enter your email address into the "pre-order" field and select "notify me when available". You will then receive an email notification when the item is back in stock.
Shipping and delivery
Yes we do but free shipping isn't available. Please select your region you are shopping from.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed.
Returns and exchanges
We would love to hear what you think about the products you've purchased from Seachange Boating. Leaving an online review on our website is also a great way to share your experiences with other customers and to provide others with information about the product that may not otherwise be detailed on our site.
To leave a review, simply browse our website to find the product. Scroll down the product page to find the "Customer Review" section, then select "Write a review". Enter your details in the fields and then rate and review the product. When you're done, hit "Submit Review".

SCBX boat range
If you're interested in buying a boat, but don't have a stockist located nearby, don't worry. Any of our stockists will be happy to answer any questions you may have and can provide you with further information about any boats in our range. We are also able to freight a boat to most locations within Australia, within reason. Please contact your nearest SCBX stockist who can provide you with a comprehensive quote, including freight costs.
The SCBX is designed to be built your way. While we have four base models to choose from, the boat can be customised with a number of different parts, accessories and configurations to suit your needs and lifestyle.

SCBX boat warranty
Yes, any remaining warranty can be transferred to the new owner, provided the boat meets all warranty criteria. Please complete the warranty transfer application form in your owner's manual to complete the transfer. A fee of $110 (incl. GST) is applicable and must be paid and submitted within 30 days of sale, along with the completed transfer form.
Note: the warranty period does not start over, any remaining warranty period from the original date of sale will simply be transferred to the new owner.
If for any reason you are required to make a warranty claim, please address your claim in writing to your purchasing dealer in the first instance.

Boat service and maintenance

Your hull identification number (HIN) is the serial number provided by the boat manufacturer that uniquely identifies your boat.
You can find the HIN on the boat's build plate. It's usually made up of a mixture of alphanumeric characters which identify its country of manufacture, manufacturer name, as well as month and year of manufacture.
