Where do we ship to?

    • Our products can be shipped Australia-wide.

    Shipping prices

    • Standard delivery within Australia is $15 – no matter how many products you buy. 
    • FREE shipping for Australian orders over $150. Offer Excludes Bulky Fright Items such as Seats, where a freight charge based off the region of delivery is applied. Offer is subject to change at any time at Seachange Boating’s discretion. Offer is only applicable to orders placed online for delivery.
    • Express shipping option is available for orders up to 15kgs – this will be a flat rate of $30 and can be chosen at checkout.


    • We do not deliver to PO boxes.
    • When your order has been processed and dispatched, your tracking number will be sent to you from Shopify.
    • Once your order is processed, packed and dispatched (approx. 1–2 business days), please allow 2–7 business days for deliveries via courier network. Deliveries to remote areas can take from 7–21 business days.
    • Please note, if your order is placed after 12pm on a Friday, your order will not be packed until the following week.
    • Deliveries will be made during business hours on Monday to Friday only.
    • Deliveries will not be made on public holidays.
    • Your order is home delivered where this service exists. If you are outside of the delivery network, it will be delivered to the nearest post office and you will receive a collection notification card.
    • If you opt for the ‘Authority to leave’ option, your item will be delivered with or without a signature of receipt at the address provided. If you choose to have your order delivered without a signature of receipt, you are liable for your order after it has been delivered by our courier network.

    • It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
    • Please note that during busy periods, our shipping provider may encounter delays, this is out of our control and your package will be delivered as soon as possible. Please contact Seachange Boating via support@scboutdoors.com.au if you have any concerns.
    • As we use couriers to deliver all parcels, products will not be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign for any parcel, a card will be left and the parcel will be re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.

     Order tracking

    • You will receive a tracking number to follow your order's shipment progress. The tracking number will be sent to you from Shopify once the parcel has been dispatched.
    • Please allow up to 48 business hours for the parcel tracking number to be registered in the courier’s system before attempting to track your order. If you have any concerns, please contact Seachange Boating via  support@scboutdoors.com.au.

      Pick up / click and collect

      • We currently do not offer this service for our goods.

      Cancelling or changing your order

      • Once your order has been processed and paid for, you are unable to add to, remove from, or modify your order.
